A meeting counts as attended unless it was marked as a no-show in Calendly. Future meetings are never counted, and canceled ones are left out unless you include them.
A canceled meeting counts as rebooked when the same invitee email has another booking that was not canceled and was booked at or after the canceled one. Rebooked cancellations are never counted in any rate. The rule is printed on the page.
Every rate shows how many meetings it is based on. Rows below your minimum are greyed. The tool reports rates only and does not test whether a difference between rows is real.
Set the time zone the file was written in. Lead times are real elapsed time, even across a clock change, and weekdays can follow each invitee's own zone.
