CDL, DOT medical, H2S, well control, HAZMAT, TWIC โ every man on the crew carries five or six dates, and every one of them runs out on its own schedule. This tracks all of them in one place and tells you which one goes first, on your phone, offline.
One-time purchase. No subscription. No account. Works offline.
Every credential on the crew sorted by the one that runs out soonest. Expired cards sit at the top, then thirty days, then sixty. You read the top of the screen and you know what to book this week.
A refresher seat has to be reserved, a DOT physical has to be scheduled, a well control school runs on its own calendar. Thirty and sixty day bands give you the runway instead of the surprise.
Dated crew roster showing who holds what and what falls due inside your chosen window. Print it for the morning meeting, the contractor pack, or the file.
CDL and the DOT medical certificate that quietly expires on a different date to the licence itself.
Awareness and the annual refresher tracked as separate rows, because they renew on separate clocks.
IWCF and IADC WellSharp, each with its own certificate number recorded against the man.
HAZMAT / HAZWOPER, TWIC, SafeLand / SafeGulf, rigger and crane tickets.
First aid and CPR, respirator fit test โ the ones that stop a man working the moment they lapse.
Type your own credential name for confined space entry, a client-specific induction, or whatever your operator demands.
A credential with no expiry date recorded is not quietly treated as current. It gets its own band, its own count and its own section, because a card nobody has the date for is a gap in the record, not a clean line. The printed report lists those separately as unassessed.
Every credential lands in exactly one band, worked out from the expiry date you enter against today. A card expiring today still counts as valid today โ it moves to expired tomorrow.
