The Job Was Done Three Weeks Ago. The Ticket Is Still In Somebody's Truck.

A field ticket that never makes it to the office is work you did for free. It rides around in a door pocket, gets rained on, gets argued with because nobody signed it, and by the time it surfaces the operator wants to know why they are being billed for a job they barely remember. This writes the ticket on your phone at the wellhead — crew, hours, materials, charges, signature and all — and hands you a CSV for invoicing the same day.

Written where the job happened

Ticket number, customer, lease, API, AFE, service type, work performed, crew and hours — typed in at the wellhead while the detail is still in your head, not reconstructed from memory in the yard four days later.

Signed before you pull off location

A signature pad that takes a finger on a phone or a stylus on a tablet, with the signer's printed name and title beside it. The signature prints on the ticket. An unsigned ticket is the one that gets argued with.

💰

The total is done before you drive off

Every line item is quantity, unit and rate, totalled as you type. No adding a column of figures on a clipboard on the hood of a truck, and no surprise when the invoice gets built.

📊

You can see what you are owed

Anything not yet approved is unbilled, grouped by customer with hours and value. Drafts sitting more than a week get flagged, because a draft ticket has not gone anywhere near an invoice yet.

The fields an operator actually asks about

The job

Ticket number, date, customer or operator, lease and well name, API number and the AFE or PO the work goes against.

The service

Workover, wireline, hot oil, trucking and hauling, rental, chemical, roustabout, pressure pumping, swabbing, or type your own.

The time

On location and off location, with the hours worked out for you — including a job that ran past midnight — and typed over if the billed hours differ.

The crew

Each hand by name and role with their own hours, carried onto the printed ticket so the operator can see who was actually there.

The charges

Repeatable line items with quantity, unit (hour, day, foot, barrel, mile, load) and rate, each extended and totalled.

The sign-off

Drawn signature, printed name, title and company, plus a status of Draft, Submitted or Approved that you advance as the ticket moves.

A ticket will not save without a ticket number, a date and a customer, and a repeated ticket number is refused outright. Two tickets with the same number is how a job gets billed twice or not at all — the app will not let you create the mess in the first place.

What gets flagged, and why

Flags come from what you typed and how long it has sat. Nothing is guessed and nothing is hidden behind a menu.

  • No sign-off on the ticket — no drawn signature and no printed name. The first thing anyone will push back on.
  • Draft older than a week — still sitting in Draft, so it has not been submitted and cannot have been invoiced.
  • Unbilled by customer — every Draft and Submitted ticket totalled per operator, so you can see who is holding the most of your money.
  • Submitted — gone to the operator, waiting on approval.
  • Approved — cleared and out of the unbilled figure.
  • Hours and value on the filtered set — whatever you filter to, the count, the hours and the money follow it, and so does the CSV.

Field-ready. Built for the truck, not the office.

Built by people who have waited on a ticket

Oil Rigs Now has served oilfield professionals since 2011. This is a ticket-capture and recordkeeping tool, not an accounting system — it does not issue invoices, calculate tax, price your work for you, or replace your master service agreement or the rates agreed with the operator. It captures the ticket properly at the wellhead and gets it off the truck and into a file your office can actually use.

One payment. Yours to keep.
